Improvements and Capacity Building
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the majority of amfori improvements and Capacity Building activities have moved online. While we miss the dynamism of the in-person workshops and courses, we are proud to continue to provide training modules for members, producers and auditors to help them improve the social and environmental performance along their supply chains. In 2021, in certain countries where the pandemic’s effect have been less strong, face-to-face workshops have been conducted.

- 94% overall trainer satisfaction score reported by learners
- 81% learners said the training activities will positively impact their daily work
- Average knowledge improvement of approximately 28% on the subject matter of each course
- Participant workshops completed: 53
- Producer workshops completed: 82
- Auditor qualification training sessions: 9
- Auditors who attended qualification training in 2020: 83
- 15 self-paced e-learning training activities available in the amfori Academy in 16 languages
- 6,623 courses have been completed for workshops, webinars and e-learning courses 3,249 producers, 1,549 members, 1, 825 auditors
